What is it?
1 ml of the isotonic solution (pH 7.3) contains 20.0 mg of sodium hyaluronate obtained by fermentation, sodium chloride, sodium monohydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, mannitol and water for injection.
OSTENIL® Plus is a transparent solution of natural, highly purified sodium hyaluronate solution obtained by fermentation and contains no animal proteins OSTENIL® Plus also contains mannitol, a free radical scavenger, which helps to stabilise the sodium hyaluronate chains. OSTENIL® Plus has been proven to be safe in biocompatibility studies.
