What is it?
Gasin® is a food supplement based on mint leaves (Mentha piperita L.), caraway fruit (Carum carvi L.), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare M.), cumin fruit (Cuminum cyminum L.), living cells of Lactobacillus sprogenes, Bifidobacterium infantis-longumy, Lactobacillus acidophilus and group B Vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6, folic acid and B12).
The fruit extracts of fennel, cumin, caraway and mint leaves are traditionally used to encourage the elimination of gas and reduce the pain caused by contraction of the distended intestinal muscle.
Live lactic acid cultures (Lactobacillus sprogenes, Bifidobacterium infantis-longum and Lactobacillus acidophilus) are essential for rebalancing the intestinal flora. These bacteria displace the pathogenic bacteria from the intestinal mucosa, thus preventing its colonisation, in addition to producing metabolites such as lactic acid, with an antimicrobial action, which helps to improve digestion, bloating and the associated pain.
