What is it?
Eye drops in a multi-dose bottle containing sterile solution with 2% citicoline and 0.2% high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and 0.05% vitamin B12.
Citicoline provides a useful and favourable structural support in the repair of the integrity of damaged cell membranes in neurodegenerative ophthalmic diseases.
Hyaluronic acid keeps the surface of the eye lubricated, hydrated and protected. Solutions based on hyaluronic acid provide a favourable microenvironment in the repair process of the ocular surface in cases of corneal and conjunctival epithelium damage.
Vitamin B12 promotes the physiological process of corneal re-epithelialisation after eye surgery, laser or small abrasions on the corneal surface.
Indicated for
Thanks to the presence of citicoline and its structural action on retinal ganglion cells, it is indicated in patients with glaucoma and incipient diabetic retinopathy. In addition, the moisturising and protective properties of the product provide eye relief in the event of irritation, itching, or sensation of foreign bodies, due to environmental factors or prolonged computer use. Finally, due to vitamin B12 it indirectly promotes the physiological process of corneal re-epithelialisation after eye surgery, laser or small abrasions on the corneal surface.
Mode of use
Apply 1 drop, 3 times a day.
Composition
Citicoline sodium (2%), hyaluronic acid (0.2%), cyanocobalamin (vit. B12) (0.05%), sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate, sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride (0.01%) and water for injections.
